Eric originates from a hiphop/trap backround but has always had a strong connection to electronic club music. Rikky Mandozza is his playground for combining both worlds and crossing genre boarders.
Half a year ago, Rikky debuted with his first EP „Find the Exit“, (a narrative work mixing Ambient and Lofi-house). For his new project „Rikky the Dreamer“ he takes us in his dreams of sweaty club nights, where he jumps into the role of an unknown woman experiencing a night with Rikky‘s spice through the speakers. The record consist of an Ambient track providing the framework and a streamlined House/Breaks track telling the story. With two outstanding remixes by Salush and Maurice Schirm the record is an adventure through different aesthetics and genres, creating an unique listening experience.
